BOOKING TERMS AND REFUND POLICY

PRIVATE TOURS BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • Online Payment with Credit Card or PayPal

  • The following Credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB and Discover

  • Payments are accepted in up to 3 installments

  • Manual payment in installments via the Bank transfer

TOURS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

  •  Full refund of the cancelled tour up to 30 days prior to the booked tour date (transaction fees might be applied)

  • Below 30 days prior to the booked tour date - no refund

ONLINE BOOKING ACCEPTANCE POLICY

  • An online booking will only be considered as accepted only if it has been confirmed by the Service Provider​ in advance.

  • Service Provider has a right to reject any booking if not complied to the booking terms as stated herein.

  • Bookings close 24 hours before the session starts.

  • Bookings are only valid for the pick up and drop off stated specifically in tour program.

  • By definition, if not stated differently, tour price excludes entrance fees, meals tips and personal expenses.
